Dance School Wins Best Overall Float, Full Results of Patchogue Christmas Parade

Starlite School of Dance's float and dance routine wins Best Overall award.

Thousands of people lined Patchogue's Main Street from Waverly Avenue to Rider Avenue on Saturday evening to watch the .

Fifty-nine groups and organizations marched along Main Street embodying the theme "Inside Santa's Workshop." Santa Claus ended the parade by magically lighting the Christmas tree located in the Plaza.

The best overall float winner, , featured ballerinas on a depiction of Santa's workshop followed by a group of dancers that performed a routine to "We Need A Little Christmas."

Village Clerk Patricia Seal and Deputy Mayor Jack Krieger were the parade's announcers. Floats were judged by Nancy Blomberg, Erich Carroll, Kim Luisi, Amy Russo, and Barbara Stark.
