Arrest Report: Criminal Contempt, Unlicensed Driving

Arrests reported in Patchogue and Medford on Oct. 17-19.

 

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Bryan Amrhein, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 19 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Andrew Freeman, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 19 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Oscar Avila, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 19 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Derek Banks, of Amityville, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 19 and charged with criminal obstruction.

Keith Morris, of Oceanside, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 19 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Medford

Cedric Gilbert, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 17 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Jorge Carchi, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 17 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Dasean Poyner, of North Bellport, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 18 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Barbara Chiulli, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 18 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Paul Werkheiser, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 18 and charged with petit larceny.
