Arrest Report: Police Officer Punched, Robbery

Arrests reported in Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford from Oct. 10-11.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Miguel Atariguana, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Christina Hannon, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 10 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying court.

Darielle Procida, of Middle Island, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Annamarie Morganti, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Daniel Skiff, of Farmingville, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Pedro Cruz, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree involving enclosed property.

John Mcfarland, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree involving enclosed property.

Adam Lavery, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree involving a firearm/weapon.

Padilla Rosario, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Jose Fernandez, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal obstruction.

Robert Marzocco, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree involving a previous conviction and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree. Police reported that the charges in part resulted from who was interviewing him and fleeing.

East Patchogue

Anthony Abbatiello, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with loitering while unlawfully using controlled substance.

Vincent Borrero, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Medford

Michael Callahan was arrested in Medford on Oct. 10 and charged with robbery in the third degree.

James Gambino, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 10 and charged with criminal mischief involving intent to damage property.

Laura Moran, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 10 and charged with petit larceny.

Jiovanni Lopez, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 11 and charged with petit larceny.

Angel Banegas, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 11 and charged with criminal mischief involving intent to damage property.
