Police Report: Stolen iPod and Criminal Contempt

Arrests and incident reports from Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford on March 4.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Virginia Sanchez, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue on March 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Mary-Claire Brennen, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Reginald Morales, of North Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 4 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Dwight Watkins, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Patchogue on March 4 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Pasquale Guardascione, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 4 for aggravated harassment in the second degree.

East Patchogue

Cara Jacino, of Middleburgh, was arrested in East Patchogue on March 4 and charged with two counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving a credit card.

Peter Aiken, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on March 4 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree was reported on Hospital Road in East Patchogue on March 4.

An incident of harassment in the second degree was reported on Oak Street in East Patchogue on March 4.

Medford

Ryan Norwood, of Shirley, was arrested in Medford on March 4 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree and for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree.

Theresa Rudakiewich, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 4 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree involving property valued over $1,000.

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving a violent boyfriend was reported on Old Medford Avenue in Medford on March 4.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree was reported on Sipp Avenue in Medford on March 4.

An incident of harassment in the second degree was reported on Crooked Pine Drive in Medford on March 4.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving a stolen iPod and wallet from a vehicle was reported on Holland Avenue in Medford on March 4.
