Alive After Five® Receives New Logo and Website

PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – May 15, 2014 – The Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest chambers in the metropolitan area, is proud to introduce a new logo and website for its summer event series, Alive After Five®.

This year, the Chamber’s Alive After Five® Committee is chaired by James Skidmore, director of entertainment at the BrickHouse Brewery in Patchogue, N.Y. In an effort to rebrand the event with a music, food, beer and art focus, Skidmore brought in Creative Collaborations, a digital marketing, graphic and web design firm based in Patchogue, to create a visually expressive logo and interactive website for the event.

“It's a fresh new look for the new and improved Alive After Five®,” said Dexter Dible, art director at Creative Collaborations. “We're designing toward a better future.”

The new website for Alive After Five® will be made available on Monday, May 19, but the logos are already included in the Chamber’s marketing efforts. Among the website’s new features, it will list participating vendors and children’s entertainment, feature a live music schedule for the event and showcase local artists.

“Our new logo and website reflect our growing community—vibrant, colorful and optimistic,” said James Skidmore, chairman of the Chamber’s Alive After Five® Committee.

This summer’s Alive After Five® events will occur on Thursdays, July 17, July 31, August 14 and August 28 with a rain date of September 4. The event will take place from 5 – 9:30 p.m. in downtown Patchogue.

Alive After Five® is free and open to the public. For more information about becoming a vendor or sponsoring the event, contact the Patchogue Chamber at 631-207-1000, info@patchogue.com or visit www.aliveafterfive.com. The Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce Office is located at 15 North Ocean Avenue, Patchogue.
