With the warmer weather coming, it is the perfect time to get motivated and get started on your fitness goals. That is why Walk To Run Fitness along with Sayville Running Co. will be offering a free fitness clinic to give you the tools to add exercise to your busy lives on a daily basis.
The free clinic will be one hour long and will include instruction on how to start a beginner running program or interval running to increase speed & endurance. Information will include injury prevention, goal setting, apparel & sneakers, hydration, strength training, stretching and a 30-minute workout with instruction on how to properly warm up and cool down. The class will take place in Sayville (see below). Appropriate workout apparel is required for an outdoor workout. Because space is limited, registration is required for this clinic.
