A couple of our Chefs from last year's Chefs for Impact Gala!
Some of New York’s best chefs are coming together on November 14th to help provide education to children in rural Africa. 

The third annual “Chefs for Impact” fundraising dinner, held this year at The Bowery Hotel, will feature a spectacular multi-course gourmet tasting menu, cocktail reception, live music, and an auction with one-of-a-kind items.

All proceeds from “Chefs for Impact” will benefit Impact Network, a New York-based non-profit organization that brings e-Learning to rural Africa.

Featured chefs include finalist from Bravo's Top Chef, Dave Martin who is also the MC of the event, Chef/Owner Mark Henegan of Madiba Restaurant, Chef Gary King of Kingswood, Chef Eric Simeon, previously of Todd’s Mill, Picholine, and Aquavit, Chef Pierre Thiam, a leader in African-influenced catering and author of Yolele! Cookbook, and Chef Andrew Whitcomb of Colonie. A cheese course will be provided by Murray’s Cheese.
