The Office of Student Life and Biology Club at St. Joseph’s College (SJC) will be co-hosting a blood drive with the American Red Cross for the college community on Wednesday, November 27 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in the McGann Conference Center on the College’s Long Island Campus located in Patchogue, N.Y.
Every few seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood, and one pint can help save up to five lives. The transfusion of blood and blood products helps save millions of lives each year. Give the gift of life: donate blood.
The blood drive is open to the public. All donors will receive refreshments and a raffle ticket to win a $25 Barnes and Noble gift card. For more information, call the Office of Student Life at 631.687.2602 or visit www.sjcny.edu.
SJC is located at 155 W. Roe Blvd. in Patchogue, and is accessible via the South Service Road of Sunrise Highway, just east of Exit 52 (Waverly Ave.).
