Clock Tops New Village

The clock has been installed into the clock tower that stands at the Lake Street and North Ocean Avenue intersection of the New Village at Patchogue development. The clock however does not appear to be operational as of yet, as it was set at 12 p.m. when it was approximately 6:20 p.m. when Patch walked by.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos and videos from the construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.

As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014. Some floor plans for the apartments have been posted to www.newvillagepatchogue.com. Tritec Chief Operating Officer Rob Loscalzo previously told Patch that rents should start around $1,350 for a studio up to $2,900+ for three bedrooms, with a variety of price points in between.
