Why Go: Tour the Patchogue YMCA facility. Free activities for the open house include rock climbing, moon bounce, face painting, family relay races, swim lesson evaluations, child safety identification program and land fitness class demos for adults.

Why Go: The traditional passing of the sash to the 2011 St. Patrick's Day Grand Marshalls, Bob and Shiela Morrows, will take place. There will also be an Irish Soda bread contest, music and spirits to kick off of St. Patrick's Day festivities in Patchogue.
