As the end of 2011 approaches Patchogue Patch will be looking back at the year that was with a Year in Review series that will cover a variety of topics.

While Patch editors will be choosing many of the notable stories, people and photos from 2011 to reflect upon, we also want our readers to play a role to choosing who were the important people in Patchogue and Medford during the past year and what were some of the top stories in Patchogue and Medford.
