Bricks are being added to some of the exterior walls of the New Village at Patchogue construction area at the North Ocean Avenue and Main Street intersection of Patchogue Village.
The interiors of some of the sections of the construction also appear to be progressing, based on being able to see lights and door fixtures when looking through windows.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos and videos from the construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.
As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014. Some floor plans for the apartments have been posted to www.newvillagepatchogue.com. Tritec Chief Operating Officer Rob Loscalzo previously told Patch that rents should start around $1,350 for a studio up to $2,900+ for three bedrooms, with a variety of price points in between.
