New Village Gets Taller

The New Village development continues to get taller, with a second level of walls going up this past week at the Four Corners intersection of North Ocean Avenue and Main Street in Patchogue.

Closer to Lake Street, development is even higher up.

Photos taken Thursday afternoon are in the media gallery.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos and videos from the demolition and construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.

As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014.
