New Village Walls Get Color

The walls of New Village Patchogue have started to be covered with light color as the housing, business and office space continues its construction at the intersection of North Ocean Avenue and Main Street in Patchogue Village. The photos in the media gallery were taken Tuesday.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos and videos from the demolition and construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.

As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014.
