New Village's Clock Tower Taking Shape

This week's construction photos from the Four Corners intersection area.

The top of what will become a clock tower at the corner of North Ocean Avenue and Lake Street is taking shape in the construction of New Village Patchogue. Check the media gallery for photos taken from the site on Monday.

This clock tower fairly closely matches up to the concept image released by Tritec Real Estate Company in 2011.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos and videos from the demolition and construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.

As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014.
