New Village at Patchogue's construction continues, and the buildings on Havens Avenue have been developing over the past few weeks.
The newer buildings have the start of the roof and some windows installed. The Lake Street side of the development appears have its external building closer to finished near the South Ocean Avenue end, with construction continuing on the end across from Jennings Avenue.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos and videos from the construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.
As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014. Some floor plans for the apartments have been posted to www.newvillagepatchogue.com. Tritec Chief Operating Officer Rob Loscalzo previously told Patch that rents should start around $1,350 for a studio up to $2,900+ for three bedrooms, with a variety of price points in between.
