Young adults grades 6-12 can receive tutoring in their math homework on a first-come, first-serve basis at the library.

Career Counseling, 5:45 p.m., Patchogue-Medford Library, 54 E Main St., Patchogue

The career counselor will be available to assist patrons in designing a resume and finding a career.

Book Buddies, 6:00 p.m., St. Paul's School, 31 Rider Ave., Patchogue

Trained middle school volunteers will read to children ages 3 to grade 2.

Citizenship Classes, 7-9 p.m., Patchogue-Medford Library, 54 E Main St., Patchogue

Group will meet at the reference desk and the class will be held in the board room.

The Community Development Agency will hold their monthly meeting at Village Hall.

Time Magazine columnist Joe Klein will give his "Where Have All The Leaders Gone?" lecture at St. Joseph's College. Klein is a political columnist who has covered local and national issues for over 35 years.
