PMHS Assistant Principal Lucille Martir Participates In Youth Organization

Outside of the high school, Martir is involved with Grades To Play with her husband.

On Wednesday, February 6, 2013 Lucille Martir, Patchogue-Medford High School Assistant Principal and Board Member of Manhattan Youth Baseball "Grades to Play" with her husband Bobby Hoffman greeted this years Grades to Play "Patron of the Sport" recipient Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald and his wife Allison Fitzgerald. 

Mr. Lutnick recently was responsible for the Cantor Relief fund to donate $10,000,000 to families hardest hit by hurricane Sandy n the Brooklyn and Staten Island neighborhoods. Mr. Lutnick, the father of four children has been involved with Manhattan Youth Baseball for the past 12 years.

Grades to Play is a program helping inner city children achieve academically through athletics in the East Harlem section of NYC. All children are welcome to join but must improve or maintain their grades to stay.

Martir is involved with the monitoring and assigning tutors to help the children achieve.
