Thursday is "Must See" Day on Patchogue Patch

Starting this Thursday, Patchogue Patch launches a new weekly series of “Must See” articles dedicated to helping you find the best that our local restaurants, stores, and real estate agents have to offer.

In addition to providing you the local news you need to know, we'll feature a weekend planner, information on what houses have sold and a spotlight on the best, newest and tastiest in Patchogue and Medford— whatever that might be.

"Get Out" will run around 10 a.m. It's our newer, punchier version of our weekend guide for those whose Friday nights can't come quick enough.

Wondering what houses sold for in the area? At 12 p.m., spend your lunch hour with a guide to open houses in Patchogue and Medford for those house hunting.

"View Finder" is our new version photos column featuring professional pictures of anything that is beautiful, quirky and fun in Patchogue and Medford. It's scheduled to run at 1 p.m. every Thursday.

"Patch Picks" — a spotlight on local digs that tie in to current holidays or major events — will run at 3 p.m. This Thursday, we'll let you in on the best hangouts to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday.

"Bites Nearby," scheduled to run at 5 p.m., offers up a suggestion for a place to chill with a nice meal and a drink — much-deserved after a long work week.

Check back around 6 p.m. for our daily PatchCast Video, which features news updates happening on Suffolk County's south shore.
