(6PM Update: Cancelled) Alive After Five Is On For Thursday

Thursday's festival is being cancelled for rain.

Update 6 p.m.: Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce had to cancel Thursday's festival due to the inclement weather, and just called Patch with that news. It is not yet known if the raindate will be put to use to replace today's festival. Original story below:

Skies may be cloudy, but today's Alive After Five festival in Patchogue Village is on, says Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce Executive Director David Kennedy.

Kennedy recommends that those attending possibly bring a jacket for the cooler weather. Weather.com currently predicts a high of 70 degrees and a low of 66 degrees in Patchogue during the time of the festival.

Alive After Five is taking place today on Main Street in Patchogue Village east and west of North Ocean Avenue from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
