Women's EXPO

The Women’s EXPO provides a marketplace for Long Island women who create and distribute a variety of products including culturally diverse items, fine art, jewelry, clothing, pottery, paper products, children’s and household items, gift baskets, specialty food, glassware and more.  A great opportunity to network, support Long Island women entrepreneurs and shop early for holiday gift giving, the Women’s EXPO showcases more than 75 Long Island women from Nassau and Suffolk counties, promoting economic independence for LI women and providing education and support for women entrepreneurs as well.  Lunch is available in the EXPO Café.  Dr. Starr Cline will be the featured speaker at the EXPO's Tea-At-Half-Past-Three.  She will be speaking on The Power of Yes! The Women’s EXPO is presented by the Middle Country Library Foundation and was founded in partnership with the LI Fund for Women & Girls.  Proceeds help to support the Library’s Miller Business Resource Center.  Bank of America is the EXPO’s lead partner.  Others include JP Morgan Chase, Astoria Federal Savings, the Greater Middle Country Chamber of Commerce, Allstate, and TD Bank.
