Music Guide to Patchogue: Jan. 14-15

Fadeley's Deli Pub, Brick House Brewery, Bobbique will host bands this weekend.

Here’s where you can find the local music scene this weekend:

KC Professor Rubadub starts the weekend off when he brings his “Basement Tapes” style Irish jug band to the hip corner stage of Fadeley’s Deli Pub at 422 East Main St. every Friday evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Professor and his band of merry minstrels (the mandolin and slide guitar playing will slay you where you stand!) cook up everything from Irish folk ballads to Bob Dylan and the Band.

Right around the bend, the , at 67 West Main St., brings the Urban Acoustic Band to their esteemed stage Friday at 10 p.m. The quartet brings plenty of chops and energy to their diverse set, which includes material from Dave Matthews, Matchbox 20, The Cure and others. On Saturday also at 10 p.m., The Roast Beef Curtains (RBC) will take the brewery stage with their punk/reggae sound.

Bobbique, right across the street at 70 West Main, will welcome Sweaty Betty on Friday, who previously brought . On Saturday Long Island blues guru Kerry Kearney and musician, painter, chef and all-around renaissance man Frank Latorre will play Bobbique. On both days, shows will start at 9 p.m.
