Sousa Salute To Armed Forces At Patchogue Theatre Sunday
Performance to tribute Sousa's patriotic songs.
The Atlantic Wind Symphony will be performing "A Sousa Salute to Our Armed Forces" Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts, 41 E. Main St. in Patchogue.
The musical group will play John Phillip Sousa's music which includes The Star and Stripes Forever and other patriotic marches. According to the theatre's website, Sousa played Patchogue Theatre on July 23, 1923 and June 23, 1924.
