Residents who moved into the were welcomed to the Patchogue community with a goat-themed party held at to celebrate the coming of spring.

More than 100 people attended the bash which featured music by The Electrix, goat-themed food and drinks and live goats courtesy of the Suffolk County Farm. Screenings of Isabella Rosselini's Green Porno film were shown upstairs in the brewery.
