Updated: Floor Plans, Starting Rent Price Announced For New Village

Apartments are coming in studio through three bedroom varieties, says New Village Patchogue website.

Wondering what the apartments of New Village Patchogue are going to look like and cost?

Tritec Real Estate company announced Tuesday on their Twitter and Facebook pages that the floor plans for the 291 apartments within the $100 million project at the Four Corners intersection of North Ocean Avenue and Main Street in Patchogue are now available on the New Village Patchogue website.

The apartments come in studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom varieties.

Rent information however is not yet available on the website, but a comment on the New Village Facebook Page from its page manager says that rent pricing is going to start at $2,050 for apartments. The comment also said that the dimensions for the apartments are coming soon. However Patch spoke Friday with Tritec Real Estate Company's Chief Operating Officer Rob Loscalzo, who said that the rent prices will actually range from around $1,350 for a studio up to $2,900+ for the three bedroom units, with a multitude of prices in between. He said that he will be speaking to his team to correct previous announcements.

The website also lists planned amenities for residents including a fitness center, courtyards, a swimming pool and sundeck, parking a Village Green for events, electric car charging stations among others.

The building is being managed by the Bozzuto company.

In addition to apartments, the New Village development is planned to bring 46,000 squre feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space to the site of the former Swezey’s Department store.
