The Gordon Heights Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated an awards dinner at Lombardi's On The Bay in Patchogue.
The Gordon Heights community partially encompasses the Medford area.
According to a release from the office of Assemblyman Ed Hennessey, the chamber's founder Nicole Christian-Goodine was recently selected as the Brookhaven Town-wide 2013 Member of the Year.
Suzanne Johnson, director of the Longwood Public Library, was named by the chamber as their Community Supporter of the Year.
