Hoshi Hibachi Grand Opening Saturday

The new restaurant is opening in the 31 West Main St. building.

The first food location opening in the 31 West Main St. building in Patchogue will have its grand opening on Saturday.

Hoshi Hibachi, which as its name implies serves sushi and hibachi cooking, will have a grand opening ceremony at 12 p.m. at the restaurant.

The owners of Hoshi Hibachi also run of Stony Brook in the Three Village area.

According to a writeup in June 21 issue of , the restaurant is 4,800 square feet and seats 152 people. The writeup also states that the restaurant was designed by a Manhattan architect/designer.

The 31 West building is part of the by Tritec Real Estate Inc.
