VIDEO: Alive After Five Wraps Up For 2010
The Alive After Five music festival attracts many to Main Street, Patchogue every summer.
The ninth annual Alive After Five series of street fair concerts wrapped up Friday.
The festival, which is sponsored by the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, blocks off the Four Corners section of Main Street and South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue for four stages of bands and vendors, creating a carnival atmosphere.
Event coordinator Mindy Skura said that the event started as a way to bring business into Main Street but has since grown much larger.
