Eat Wine. Be Happy.

Frosae Wine Sorbae™ has taken wine out of the bottle and created a boutique frozen dessert. By combining wine, sorbet, and a little magic, Frosae has become the future of frozen desserts. Frosae is called a “sorbae” because sorbet is for kids. Sorbae, with the taste and alcohol content of wine, is for adults. Eighteen months ago four local business men came together to form Frosae Wine Sorbae, LLC. Their dream was to turn a local delicacy into a national product. Their story is located on www.Frosae.com and details their climb. Today, Frosae is on the launch pad with engines warm, guidance systems secure and a future as high as the sky. Frosae Wine Sorbae™ has made its grand debut at Raphael Vineyards in Mattituck and the Empire State Cellars Tasting Room at the Riverhead, Tanger Outlets. Three varieties are now on sale, each unique to their location. The Royal Red, Elegant White and Chocolate Merlot come in 4 ounce Signature Series Boxes. The Frosae sold at Raphael's uses their award winning wines. The Frosae sold at the Empire State Cellars Tasting Room uses Peconic Bay's amazing varieties of Riesling and Merlot. For those who enjoy their wine at home, Frosae Wine Sorbae is being sold in quart take-home containers at two local ice cream store, the Ultimate Ice Cream Cafe in Center Moriches and the famous Ice Cream Cottage in Mastic.
