Part-time receptionist wanted for busy local veterinary hospital

Paumanok veterinary Hospital is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Client Service Rep for our fast-paced three doctor animal hospital.  Experience in the vet field preferred, but not necessary. Must be computer literate, flexible with work hours, love animals and have excellent customer service skills.

Duties include but are not limited to: Greet and interact with clients, answer incoming phone calls, take messages, schedule appointments, enter and retrieve info on computer, explain invoices to clients, sell over the counter products, process payments.
