New Video Clip/Village Board Meeting Today
Ahead of tonight’s meeting of the Patchogue Village Board of Trustees one last clip from its meeting of 3/10/14. Attorney Egan recounts legal victory in federal court after six years of litigation. The issue highlighted here is the issue that Village officials often refer to: housing enforcement as it touches on property owner constitutional rights often becomes a complex and time consuming efforts to enforce as courts weigh public concerns versus private rights.
