PV Board Meeting Monday 2/24/14

The Patchogue Village Board of Trustees is meeting Monday 2/24/14 at 6 p.m. at Village Hall. A complete copy of the agenda is available for viewing on the village website: www.patchoguevillage.org.

The agenda does not contain any hot button issues and there are no public hearing scheduled. Of some note the owner of Flower Tent is asking for use of part of a village municipal parking lot so that he can do seasonal business at that location the same lot where the Farmers Market is held. His business will close prior to the Farmers Market opening. No mention of any financial contribution being offered for the use of the lot space if any.... this should come up when presented for approval at the meeting. 

Residents are reminded that the last agenda item is the Public to be Heard portion of the meeting. At that time any member of the public can address the Mayor and the Board about any issue of concern or interest.

Video will be taken of the meeting and will be announced when published on You Tube in the Patch. 

We are happy to announce that the Citizens Campaign now has the ability to publish video clips.  The clip is a short video of Deputy Mayor Krieger reporting on the current status of the parking meter roll out and news that parking mater violations will soon be enforced and fines collected. That video clip can be seen on our Facebook page found at Patchogue Citizens for Open Village government.
