Arrest Report: Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Frank Kircher from Patchogue was arrested in Patchogue and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.

Richard Borsman from Riverhead was arrested in Patchogue and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

William Cuff from Patchogue was arrested in North Bayshore and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

East Patchogue

Charles Greene from Bellport was arrested in East Patchogue and charged with a parole violation.

Medford

Peter Agnetti from Medford was arrested in Medford and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Jovan Bailey from Brentwood was arrested in Medford and charged with criminal obstruction of a breathing device.  

Laura Maynard from Farmingdale was arrested in Medford and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Christopher Maynard from Bayshore was arrested in Medford and charged with loitering/unlawful use of a controlled substance.
