Doesn't anybody remember when people were complaining about the same issues about The Oar House. The people on West Ave., with good reason, had the same issues with drunkeness, fighting, urinating, parking, vomit, etc.... Anytime you have people drinking and socializing this will be a problem. It is up to the owners of the establishment, the village safety officers and the 5th precinct to monitor and follow through on this. This is not a new problem, just located in a different area. Also, there must be accountability from the establishments owners to stop these issues.
