T'ai Chi in the Park

First of Four - T’ai Chi in the Park returns to Shorefront Park in Patchogue for the second session of our 14th year! Sponsored by Patchogue Parks & Recreation and Water Tiger School of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, the free gatherings will run on consecutive Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., through Saturday, August 30. Arrive when you can and leave when you must. Practitioners from all styles of T’ai Chi, as well as from all levels of study, are invited for mornings full of practice and conversation. Since 2001, we have brought together nearly 2,000 Long Island residents to meet, practice, and learn with one another. Seventeen different instructors and practitioners from across Suffolk County have led the various workshops and exercise sessions. Please feel free to come teach, learn, chat, ask questions, or just watch. Weekly meetings will depend upon fair weather and no rain dates will be scheduled. Not a class, but learning opportunities will be available.
