Move to Amend Brookhaven is a non-partisan group affiliated with grassroots campaigns around the country to direct the United States Congress to pass & send to the states, for ratification, a constitutional amendment to reverse Citizen United v. Federal Election Commission & to restore constitutional rights & fair elections to the people. Like the citizens of Vermont & over 50 American cities, help us bring before the voters of Brookhaven Town a resolution to amend the Constitution to end corporate personhood, establish that money is not speech, & restore the rights of the people in forming our democracy.
