B.K. Marketing Inc Thomas Herman/Barbara Herman, River Ave Patchogue

I am looking for any information anyone might have about B.K. Marketing Inc, or its Principals, Thomas Herman and Barbara Baronian Bush Herman. My company hired Mrs Herman as a marketing person whom claimed to have connections with several network television sales companies.  Since late October 2013 until April of 2014 Mrs Herman was paid over $26,000.00 in documented funds to market a product for the company, unfortunately we have come to discover Mrs Herman has no said connections and put in writing (e-mail) how she was going to steal the product and make it her own.....She is actually nothing more than a scam artist. Ive been dealing with several government agencies who suggested I reach out and see if this is a pattern with B.K. Marketing, any info would be greatly appreciated as this woman and her husband need not do this to anyone else.
