black and white cat

I want to say "way to go" to the guy in the pickup with his dog barking in the cab for dumping the black and white cat along with her carrier in the LILCo righ of way.  I have been trying to help her and feed her but she is so scared and so ill prepared to be fending for herself.   I hope your proud of yourself.  I hope I can convince her to trust me before it is to late  she is hungry and scared and you let her down.  Good job
