It's about time!
What happened to the hotel plans?
Well, I think Patchogue has a dearth of dense housing. Certainly, the few apartment complexes on River Avenue, Rider Avenue, Lake Street, and the condominiums on River, Waverly, and South Ocean, do not constitute enough housing for this two-square mile village. Luckily, the TriTech people came just in time to give us a few more (291) Apartments. And thankfully, the Rose Riverview project is projected to give us 161 more apartments/condos. We should certainly suffer without their helpful development. We are ever so lucky, don't you think?
