This morning June 9th I was honored to be part of the WWII Honor Flight for WWII Veterans who are going to thier WWII Memorial. Many Veterans organiztions, High school ROTC, and many more Honor the Veterans and give them a farwell at the Mcarthur Airport. Tonight at 9:30 p.m. the same group will be at the Airport to welcome them home. The proud face of each WWII Vetrerans tells it all. I know that everyone was Honored to do their part for them since they gave us more.

Many thanks to the Honor Flight Program for providing this service to these men. There are many people who see these men wearing their WWII hats and thank them for their service. Some people treat them to a sundae, burger, or doughnut when they see these men on line in a store. It is wonderful to know that people do such kind deeds. I know a WWII vet and he is so thrilled by these gestures.
