Arrest in Fatal Medford Stabbing
Coram man arrested Wednesday in connection with stabbing death of Chauncey Scott.
Police have arrested a Coram man on a murder charge stemming from a in Medford Sunday evening.
Darrell Scott, 25, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second degree murder, police said.
On Sunday, 32-year-old Chauncey Scott, also of Coram and of no relation to the suspect, was fatally stabbed during a fight on the corner of Baldwin Lane and Pinegrove Avenue in Medford.

Darrell Scott will be held overnight at the Sixth Precinct and is scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday.
