Arrest Report: DWI, Strangulation

Arrest report for Patchogue and Medford on Nov. 5-6.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue:

Lazaro Bautista, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Melissa Maier, of Medford, was arrested in North Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with a first offense of driving while intoxicated.

Bonnie-Sue Schick, of Moriches, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with a first offense of driving while intoxicated.

Joseph Salituri, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with a first offense of driving while intoxicated.

Sandra Stephenson, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.

James Mistler, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with strangulation in the second degree.

Kim Candito, of East Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue on Nov. 5 and charged with petit larceny.

Kyle Frazer, of North Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Angel Lalashimaeulalio, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Charles Kondrick, of Middle Island, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.

Rosemarie Mediate, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with petit larceny and unlawful posession of marihuana.

Luis Chima, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Francisco Hernandez, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with criminal mischief.

William Ross, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on Nov. 6 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Medford:

Steven Perry Jr, of South Setauket, was arrested in Medford on Nov. 5 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Francis Grillo, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Nov. 5 and charged with burglary of a second dwelling.

Melvin Palomo, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Nov. 5 and charged with a first offense of driving while intoxicated.

Daniel Cook, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Nov. 6 and charged with a first offense of driving while intoxicated.
