Arrest Report: Criminal Contempt, DWI

Arrests reported for Patchogue and Medford on Nov. 13.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue:

James Forrester, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 13 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Garrett Clark, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 13 and charged with petit larceny.

Lawrence Pusey, of Copiague, was arrested in Patchogue on Nov. 13 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Medford:

Jean Baptiste, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Nov. 13 and was charged twice with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Edgar Alvarezhernandez, of Farmingville, was arrested in Medford on Nov. 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
