Arrest Report: Grand Larceny, Disobeying Court

Arrests in Patchogue and East Patchogue from Sept. 3.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Gerard Stephan, of Selden, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Roget Romain, of New York, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Emanuele Favuzza, of Brooklyn, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Mark Hoousendove, of Freeport, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with two counts of petit larceny.

Douglas Mawra, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated in the second degree with previous convictions on record in the last ten years.

East Patchogue

Anthony Kress, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree.

David Priest, of East Islip, was arrested in East Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree involving property from a person.

Shanelle Flood, of Bayshore, was arrested in East Patchogue on Sept. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction on record in the last ten years.
