Arrest Report: Intent to Damage Property, Unlicensed Operation

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Gerard Gutman, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on July 18 and charged with criminal mischief involving intent to damage property.

Kevin Nichols, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on July 18 and charged with revoked parole/conditional release.

North Patchogue

Kenneth Merrill, of Holbrook, was arrested in North Patchogue on July 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree involving a mandatory suspension.

Bernice Brooks, of Holbrook, was arrested in North Patchogue on July 18 and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree.

Medford

Justino Tasto, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Medford on July 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
