Arrest Report: Loaded Firearm, Intent to Sell Meth

Arrests in Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford from Sept. 13-14.

Editor’s note: one person’s name was removed from this report because his or her charges were dismissed.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Patrick Lynch, of Middle Island, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 13 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree involving a loaded firearm, petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Abel Jara, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 13 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree involving a firearm/weapon.

Daniel Uhlig, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 13 and charged with petit larceny and criminal impersonation in the second degree involving another person.

Lucinda Swanyander, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 14 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Gregory Smith, of Huntington, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 14 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.

Deborah Coletti, of Ridge, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 14 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

East Patchogue

James Terry, of Coram, was arrested in East Patchogue on Sept. 13 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the third degree involving the intention to sell meth.

Medford

Dennis Montwill, of Yaphank, was arrested in Medford on Sept. 14 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Leso Marroquin, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Sept. 14 and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree involving property worth greater than $250.

[Name Removed], of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Sept. 14 and charged with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury.
