Arrest Report: Menacing, Criminal Contempt

Arrests reported in Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford on Oct. 20.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Tara Carbonaro, of Central Islip, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Thomas Smith, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with grand larceny in the third degree.

Gary Walters, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Joseph Wolters, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Shane Burnett, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

David Armour, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Jacqueline Dattilo, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with possession of hypodermic instrument and for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Jason Micolo, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with burglary in the third degree involving illegal entry with intent.

Dewitt Scott, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

East Patchogue

Marvin Guevara, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on Oct. 20 and charged with criminal obstruction and menacing.

Medford

Nathaniel Davis, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 20 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.
