Brookhaven Crash Seriously Injures Patchogue Man
Two vehicle crash on Montauk Highway causes head trauma.
Ken Clark, Jr., 21 of Patchogue, was seriously injured Saturday when his 1999 Toyota collided with a 2001 Subaru on Montauk Highway in Brookhaven. Clark suffered a head trauma and was rushed to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Subaru, Laura Miele, 38 of Brookhaven, was also rushed to the hospital for minor injuries.
Suffolk County Police reported that the crash occurred around 6:55 p.m. Saturday when Clark's vehicle crossed the yellow lines into oncoming traffic between Old River Road and Old South County Road. The incident is currently under investigation.
