Crime Report: Arson, Shoplifting

Police blotter reports in Patchogue and Medford on July 23.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Incidents:

An incident of petit larceny involving a woman shoplifting was reported on South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue on July 23.

An incident of robbery in the third degree was reported on East Main Street in Patchogue on July 23.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue on July 23.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree involving phone/cable lines being cut was reported on Sills Road in East Patchogue on July 23.

An incident of arson involving a car in a driveway was reported on Milan Street in East Patchogue on July 23.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving the theft of a trailer was reported on Munsells Road in Medford on July 23.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on Route 112 in Medord on July 23.

Arrests:

Ryan Collins, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on July 23 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree and for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree.

Elizabeth Magann, of Tobyhannah, was arrested in Patchogue on July 23 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Daniel Labbe, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on July 23 and charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree.

Ellen Gates, of Brookhaven, was arrested in Patchogue on July 23 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree.

Mildred Maldonado, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on July 23 and charged with petit larceny.

Christopher Washington, of Coram, was arrested in Patchogue on July 23 and charged with robbery in the third degree.

Daniel Labbe, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on July 23 and charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief in the third degree.
