Crime Report: Fight At Restaurant, Assault

Police blotter reports in Patchogue and Medford on May 3.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Incidents:

An alleged altercation with an adult at a restaurant on Main Street in Patchogue was reported to police on May 3.

An incident of assault in the third degree on River Avenue/Fordham Street in Patchogue was reported to police on May 3.

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving an unknown man punching another person in a Silver Ford was reported on Route 112 in Medford on May 3.

Arrests:

Ruthie Mitchell, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on May 3 and charged with petit larceny.

Brian Ringgold, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

Peter Stavrides, of St. James, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with harassment in the second degree.

John Lobianco, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Alexia Cortes, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and for criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.

Carmine Taormina, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with criminal substance in the seventh degree.

Kelly Stratton, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Michael Brown, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury.

Alija Lee, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury.

Cesar Sarmiento, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with false personation.

Joseph Licari, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on May 3 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree involving a previous conviction.
